De siger vi er et folk. Hvad vi dræber benævner os. De taler om folkedyb. Man må give dem hvad de vil have.
They say we are one people. What we kill defines us. They speak of the spirit of the people. They must be served what they desire. Ghoul! Ghoul! We were born in the shadow of a mushroom cloud. We learned to fear the eastern winds. You have heard so much and forgotten most. Ghoul! Ghoul! The world works according to father’s rules. He cuts the meat with a big knife. It takes soil. It takes steel. It takes blood. It takes meat.

You know that point where you have consumed perhaps just a little too much of your chosen intoxicate. That's this album.

Best discovery for a long time. Thinking a bot about Bear Claw when listening for the first time and that's just to pass a compliment. This band is in its own league, completely their own expression, now I've listened many times and I'm mesmerized. This was my first album, and I love it. Balder
The Italian hardcore group’s latest is a powerful, claustrophobic album that rarely lets up its mathy, metallic assault. Bandcamp Album of the Day Feb 6, 2018
The frantic and furious punk rock from this Sheffield band sounds like 7,000 motorcycles barreling down an empty highway. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 21, 2017

A fantastic album. I can see why they didn't continue under the name The Evens, as it's a different sound with the bass added. Coriky is the Evens + Joe Lally from Fugazi on bass. If you can imagine The Evens with a slightly more funky, aggressive sound like Fugazi... that's what you get! And there's no way that can ever go wrong. What a great debut album!! smiledozer
